Bisca Mulan hails from the west and joined the Fairy Tail Guild as an immigrant. She made her first appearance in chapter 2 and episode 9. Bisca is known for her polite and friendly demeanor towards her fellow guild members. She greatly admires Erza Scarlet due to their similar magic abilities. Additionally, she harbors a significant crush on Alzack Connell but struggles to confess her feelings.

Bisca's magic ability mirrors Erza's, with the difference being her capability to re-equip various types of guns and utilize them effectively.

During the seven-year time skip, Bisca marries Alzack. Later on, they welcome a daughter named Asuka into their family.
