Bido was a chimera created in the Fifth Laboratory. After escaping from there, he followed the homunculus Greed. Before his transformation, he was part of Martel's military special ops team, which initiated the Ishval revolt. He was fused with a lizard or gecko, granting him the ability to grip surfaces firmly while climbing and use his tail as a bludgeoning weapon. Bido is bald and speaks in a raspy, hacksaw-like voice, though it's unclear if this is due to the fusion.
In the first anime, he is killed by the military. However, in Brotherhood, he survives. He searches for Greed and finds him in Father's lair. Sadly, the homunculus no longer remembers Bido and ends up killing him. Afterwards, Greed's old memories start to return, and he realizes that he has killed the last member of his family with his own hands.
