Akira Udou was the former leader of the Behemoth Team, a once-powerful D-class Storm Rider organization known as "Behemoth." Alongside Agito, he was also a member of the Wind SWAT team. A series of unfortunate events led Akira to turn against his former colleague, gaining possession of the Fang Regalia until Agito reclaimed it with the Kogarasumaru in a challenge. Nicknamed "Chō Jyū" (超獣, meaning Super Beast or Behemoth), Akira is a formidable opponent symbolized by a large lion. He excels in the Bloody Road and developed the Leviathan Fang attack into the more lethal 'Gigaer Cross'. His exceptional AT skills and mastery of the Fang Regalia made him even a challenge for Agito, the Fang King himself.
In recent chapters, Akira is seen helping Kazu, who was mourning Spitfire's death. However, he is quickly defeated by the Takeuchi brothers after Wind's unsuccessful attempt to capture them. Akira is also present during Spitfire's video message.
