This book is the BOOK. Don't just take my word for it. Read it.At first from the book title, I had doubts that the book was going to be good. Seemed generic, maybe harem based and all that but Nooooooo. It was different. I am crying while writing this so I might make some grammatical mistakes.The book takes us through the life of Malik, the Sultan. Malik is a very misunderstood person. Now, he isn't some edgy character that just chooses to not clarify the situation properly but the situation he gets into at times forces that to be impossible almost. He tries and God, he really tries his best to explain but mehn 😭😭 In fact, just read it. You might cry tho. It is emotional, a good character, good side characters. and much more. If the book isn't free by the time you read it, pay for it. it's worth paying for. And finally, thank you so much dear author. You will forever be in my memory for this beauty of a book. ✌️

This story marks a lot of improvements over my first one, which I thought was pretty decent. The mc, Devon, has a pretty messed up backstory. I mean, your own father eating you is kind of insane. Then you add on to the fact that his villagers cheered and yeah.He is honestly a crashout. Yes, he is still very capable of love. He loves his brother from his old life, his mother from his new life, his dragon he finds a decent bit in, and eventually the Elven waifu Jehrya.But he is definitely out for revenge. If you think this will be a novel where he forgives his father, for better or worse just know that is not true.The anti hero tag absolutely fits. Although Devon is seen by some as a liberator, many also see him as a devil, demon, etc.During the story he tames pretty much every beast using his corruption skill.And there's a crazy twist way further in. Probably gonna take you guys a few years to reach it, so be nice to me or I'll spoil it right now ;).
