Matte’s growth is really cool, but I’d love to see more ‘quiet moments’ where he reflects on the past. We get a lot of action (which is amazing), but some personal flashbacks could make him even deeper.

A balanced novel between accuracy and suspense. The idea is not new, but the writing style is really new. There is no face-slapping, no stupid hero who thinks he is the son of heaven, everything is according to plans.

I seriously don't understand, why on earth would someone who seemed to love his mother and was getting ready for dinner suddenly run into his room to commit suicide?, even his attitude at the beginning was seriously off, why would you curse like that because someone told you not to trip?.

The story writing was good, and frustration of the character could be felt, especially dialogues and word usage were great, although there are only five chapters right now so can't I tell much about it but it seems great story, as for updates stability we will see in future.

Starting from when she stabbed him and thought he was dead to him awakening was nice slow pace infact and will keep the readers that love this type of novel hooked...It is a good work bro...well done brother... Snappy writing with a plethora of characters with different specialties makes this an enjoyable read. Compared to many others, this has no padding and chapters are long in comparison.

So far it's a bit rushed and some parts of the story don't make sense, but it seems to me that this novel has good potential (especially as the author gains more experience), which, together with an author who seems to know how to receive and filter criticism well, makes me think that it might not take long for him to gain experience and that he probably won't abandon this work (at least not anytime soon). In any case, it's not a waste of time to read (even with some of those exaggerated and sometimes somewhat forced Chinese cliches) and I believe that with the addition of chapters it might be something worth adding to your library and reading over time (it's up to you). Despite everything, my meter is closer to decent (for now).
