Is it a bird? Is it a robot? No, it's a human!

This chapter captured my attention like that of a Star Wars action figure commercial that runs during an episode of "Adventure Time" for kids. Having already watched "Monster" and "Master Keaton" I'm all in boy.

and the murderer is a human?

Wow, this is a great promising start so far... if you know Urasawa, you can tell this will be another one of his best works.

urasawa is truly a master, even the little anachronisms in the scientists speech were so full of character. the suspense and questioning is built already. "maybe the killer is a robot programmed by a luddite to do this? that would have very interesting concepts to think about, someone made to act against their own self interest.

motifs of him reacting stone-faced to deeply emotional scenes, the nightmares and cryptic memories, i cannot get enough.

I'm quite fascinated by this chapter, just shows you that in this world, robots can be equally loved just like humans would.

Love how suspenseful this is compared to Astro Boy. Also love the way Urasawa draws faces.

Some scenes were almost thrilling in this chapter. So, it's a human...

I'm guessing that Gesicht is based on Gerhardt from the original chapter?
