Honestly I came across this because of the manwha that just started and I couldn't hold myself back from wanting to know what happened next. About a week later I've devoured everything available in translation right now and I'm in pain because I can't continue. The story itself has the same baseline as many other reincarnated into a game style stories. MC becomes a character in the game and proceeds to play through the game with the help of an item that has the majority of everything from the game recorded to make his journey as smooth as possible. The real catch and difference though is that the story begins to change, sometimes drastically, because of his involvement. Another big takeaway is that the supporting cast actually grows and develops. The female leads actually have amazing progress and growth and it makes you want to support each one. Without spoiling anything, the story has its flaws but the I think the overarching ideas and setting make up those differences although I do wish some stuff was either slowed down or explained a little bit better. As for the translation, it is superb. I've read countless translated stories and this is among the top for the simple fact that it continues to get better as you go on and the TL notes are really helpful in the ways that they should be. My only real complaints about the translation is that I wish the consistency that is shown in later chapters was given to the earlier chapters. The early chapters are a little rough in some ways but by no means detract from the storytelling, just is a little inconsistent. If time permits I wish the earlier chapters could be updated to the same level but I understand if that's not a priority. My next issue, and this could simply be a lost in translation item, is that I wish it was sometimes easier to determine who is speaking. If re-read a few times it'll make sense but I wish I could immediately tell who is talking. I don't think there is "X said this" in the original and the translation reflects this but it can become confusing with many kinds of dialogue between 2 or 3 characters. My last complaint, even though entirely personal and not a real complaint, is that I wish a new chapter came out everyday until the story finishes.Overall though I recommend this to anyone who likes school setting stories with interesting characters, magic that feels based in its setting, and deep world building that, even at Ch. 160, I'm still learning about in depth. A+ to the translation team and author for such a great story.
