This is a decent read that doesn't really revolutionize novels or anything but at the same time it's not a bad read. Compared to many other stories about possessing the villain of a story in this one the villain the MC possesses is a supossedly "fake villain" in that the background is that the MC becomes the piggy duke who is super rich and powerful but when he was young he saved a girl who was about to be sold as a s*ave and then instantly fell in love with her but since she was a s*ave he could never marry her unless he was disowned so therefore he does everything in his power to get kicked out which involves dragging his own and his family's reputation through the dirt and becomining so fat he even starts making noises like a pig.
However as mentioned it's all a ruse to get to be with the girl he loves but of course the girl he loves is the princess of a fallen kingdom who for some reason assassins try to kill all the time so the piggy duke has been risking his life to protect her for years but kept it all a secret. Since I don't know making it known she's a princess would make him be able to marry her but might risk her leaving or something? So eventually even the girl he loves get's taken away by the stories main MC since he saved her once in the open and he's sort of handsome. So the piggy nuke gives up everything for the girl he just fell in love with at first sight and then get's cucked for all of it and ends up with nothing. While honestly the main love interest is explained as being cute there really isn't anything that explains why he simps so hard for her giving up everything, including shunning his own fianceé for a chance to be with her, but not even having the guts to confess to her before he's been disowned and can marry her.
It's also kinda hinted at that the main love interest dumped the piggy duke to join the main MC harem because he's to fat and the main MC is kinda handsome which just makes her worse in my book since all she cared about seems to be looks. But even so the MC still simps for her hard for no other reason then that he also liked her while watching the anime of the story.
The story then goes on without a real objective outside of the MC deciding that he won't simp as hard as the original piggy duke and instead wants to at least slim down a bit and confess to the main love interest since she will leave him anyway so why not try to at least have a better shot at it right? All in all there are a lot of points that are just weird like apperently there is a potion that makes you instantly go slim but instead of using all the riches, connections and powers he has to buy it he instead has to participate in the school eating contest for a chance to get it cause where would the fun be if it wasn't like that? Also of course he get's it but since the author wants to use 100 + chapters of fat shaming the MC for some kind of comedy relief the main love interest of course takes the slim potion away from him when he's about to use it and then breaks it cause there is an ugly insect inside of it making the MC's effort null and void while instead making his previous efforts to slim down also null and void since he fattened up from all the eating and has to start over again.
This is then pretty much the gist of the story of how the MC got into the body of the piggy duke while simping for an anime girl he used to watch while trying to slim down while getting hated on by everyone and playing the silent and hidden guardian that helps/saves everyone in the background for some time to come.
