I love this novel but honestly at the same time I find it so slow. There's not much progress in the relationship of the MC and ML. Bc of their difference in status the ML just doesn't find there a need to say more than what's needed to the MC, which leaves her hanging and feeling very insecure. Not to mention the ML is the type of man that doesn't really express himself so it leaves the MC guessing and jumping through hoops trying to please him. But all her efforts are wasted on him (which made me question if this man just hates her honestly). We then see why he hates her efforts to please him, which is basically bc she's wasting the efforts he made for her. (If they just spoke to each other, instead of expecting mind reading, this whole thing would be resolved) Through the course of interactions between MC and ML we can see how their lack of communication snowballs which will lead to the MC to ultimately decide to leave ML. At ch 101 is when the story is finally leading back up to the time the prolog takes place in. Im excited to finally see what happens after MC runs away.
