Pretty much nothing happens after he cures her legs. The protagonist is basically only led around by the rest of the characters unable to say or do anything against them because he's a weak little boy : (

There's not much character development or plot, it's a repetition of the protagonist being reluctant to do anything and failing miserably when he tries to escape.

It's also clear that this is a 300 - 500 chapters novel, so the author is gonna find a way of keeping the MC barely alive until a probably disappointing ending
