I tell you what, this story is an absolute banger! If you like Guns vs. Swords, then this is a novel I can recommend to you.Basically, Japan (the whole country and islands) gets teleported to a world of Swords and Magic. So far it hasn't disappointed with the use of the plot's premise, and the interactions between the nations are much believable. Also I'd like to mention a review that I read here on why does the Japanese people were acting normally even though they were transported to another world:Spoiler
When the Qua-Toyne diplomats went to Japan.
[collapse]SpoilerDo you really expect constant anarchy throughout the country? I mean people will get tired of panicking at some point and look for ways to actually survive. Did you forget to about the fact that there is a government to manage the situation, and calm the public populace? I mean it's already mentioned they've been there for a while. So wouldn't it make sense that the calming down the public part happened before the patrol operations of the JSDF?
[collapse]Anyway that's enough ranting.Personally, I like the world building through the reports and dialogues of the characters. The reactions of the characters in the story is quite amusing and is important, since this is what most people come for in these types of stories. The descriptions of the battles are well written. And also the translations for this novel is great! Shout out to Yukkuri!Anyways I can't really say or judge the whole thing right now since it's only 3 chapters right now, but for what I have read, it's great. Do give it a try.
