First off, huge thanks to the translator for the top-notch work and the added images—may both sides of their pillow be the right temperatureAs mentioned by another fellow reviewer this novel is a hidden gem. The characters are incredibly well-developed, especially the fMC who has a refreshingly strong (and spitefully vengeful), male-coded personality. Her friends are equally distinct, making the trio’s dynamic both fun and engaging. The hospital’s concept is also brilliantly crafted and adds depth to the story. The story follows three terminally ill patients who are transported to a mysterious horror hospital where they must survive eerie "healing" instances. The characters' encounters with ghostly doctors and bizarre treatments create a blend of humor and horror. The 'forums' and 'daily morning announcements' never fail to crack me up- I thoroughly enjoyed the entertaining world-building and witty dialogues, especially the hilarious exchanges between the protagonist and her ward mates. And this extends to every side character we meet, which is rare. The protag's interactions with her friends are also a rare portrayal of strong, supportive female friendships in a horror setting. While there isn’t much of romantic plot till very later on, the fMC still has a 'romantic' harem of haters ;) If you're interested in a horror-comedy with unorthodox characters, Forth Hospital Exchange Forum might be worth checking out.A heads-up: while the ghosts in later instances become less threatening (something that might usually turn me off), the mix of mystery, wit, and fun kept me hooked. Each instance is creatively done, and well written It’s one of the few novels I’ve binge-read!
