MC remember past life, MC doesn't adapt to his actual life, MC has the beta personality (even when trying to act OP), the typical f*cking nobles, s*upid girls blaming MC for things he didn't do, some evil bastard that doesn't die, some other running things behind the scenes, full harem waiting for MC to accept it.
