its a decent revenge story, to some of the reviews saying the MC is soft or doesn't kill that's blatantly wrong, he doesn't show mercy to people who betray him or their henchman/soldiers and is pretty brutal at it, the only target he hasn't killed that he's met has a plot device that would result in a mutual su*cide.The main gripe I have with the story is that the author has a really over the top way of portraying the Mc's former comrades, the author seems to be trying to make it sort of a story where the MC tries to learn to trust again but simultaneously portraying every ally the MC had in his past life being nice on the surface but secretly being a backstabbing scum.
