This is a story where the main character is the center of everybody's misconception. Everybody thinks he is secretly a god because he keeps getting summoned by these rituals but he knows that he doesn't actually have these powers. So he just lives in his shop and things just keep working well for him. Including the fact that items he gives to others have incredible powers. That is all fine I suppose but I really would like to have more of an idea about what is going on. If the main character is truly powerless, make him have to work around it. If some greater power is using him as a vessel or something, drop some hints. Instead it is a bunch of people fumbling around cluelessly and everything just kind of works for reasons that are not yet explained. It is decent if you like an MC who is mistaken for being more powerful than he really is but even that is weakened by the fact that he does seem to actually have some of these powers, so it is less enjoyable than a smart MC who bluffs his way through situations without having power. So basically it is an average quality story about an MC who is weak masquerading as someone strong.
