Considering all the power he had was with zero training this means that he can become very strong by training in martial arts. The guy was the most natural gifted guy in the series. Hell that guy should get fast to master level if he really trains hard.  

That's one dangerous enemy if it's really him.

Not much to say that others have not.  Berserker should be interesting, makes me wonder what Tanimoto has been up to.
