i thought so... since he is in the cover and he is the first one to show up from all the love interest.
Since that's the usual rule in most of webtoon and novel, ML are alwayd the first one to show up. 

So who is the father? 

I saw a spoiler on mangago that said the dad is the crown prince (the one on the cover) 

Can you tell me the title of the novel? 

This is a novel adapted to webtoon. As far as i know, there are 3 volumes of novel only.

So I was scouring through the mangago replies/comments and this what I found out
Some people say the killer is the pops
However, some others are like the killer drugged the ml making him forget about his surroundings and then the prince just so happened to be there in the right place and time, and they ended up having sex.
Apparently, the prince didn't say he is the father of the child until the ml gave birth and the kid is an exact replica of the prince
