I’m usually not into ‘forced’ kind of love drama’s because in most of them ML is a asshole. but I gave this a go because the summary was interesting and read some chapters and it doesn’t seem that bad, honestly I don’t know why ‘forced’ is in the title. I just started reading so no comments on it yet I don’t want to judge the story too soon.

He became He Gao, a "cousin" to Gao Yanchen (Little Flame). His mother's surname is He. He Gao entered MC's university as a sports student. MC tried to get him to admit that he's Gao Yanchen but he denied this. She realized that he has his reasons for not admitting who he is. Gao Yanchen doesn't want anyone else he cares about to get hurt because of him. However, he does help MC whenever he can at the university. MC already had a feeling that He Gao is Gao Yanchen but when the two were chasing after the man in black, he finally admitted to her.
