So, basically Ginger acknowledges his love for Elisa. The former nanny Madame Skin makes an appearance and accompanies Elisha back to her homeland. On the journey, Elisha finds out that she’s pregnant and is disappointed that Ginger kept this from her and planning to miscarry for her. Elisha uses her magic to switch bodies and left first. She then looks for her mother’s diary. The diary is with Mrs. Leila.
Rayra, whom Ginger coveted, attaches her first daughter, Claudia, to Elisha's visit to Elisha, and Ginger uses it in reverse. Due to this, Reira, who is outnumbered, holds hands with Madame Skin and drives Elisha into a reverse mother, but dies due to the betrayal of Mrs. Ma Skin.
In the process, Elisha learns that the king did not truly love Laira, but to protect the king, but returns without forgiving the king who turned away from her at the end of her childhood. Oh one more thing : Julia is an illegitimate child. Her mother (the duchess) was raped, and she is the result of it. It is a huge secret and if the royal family knows, it will be the end of the family.

Found this person's review on the novel and it gave some background info on the characters and some tidbits of the story. Apparently the epilogue was quite funny also. (I MTL the website to understand)
