Wow, a spoiler already!

Is there anymore spoilers? Like how the plot goes from start to finish? Or how MC and ML get together? Or like what their bun is like? Or who ML is?

Actually It is not so bad. I am  reading the translated chapters (up to ch. 43) and it is not so messy. The MC has big emotional trauma and he cannot sleep a relax normally. But with ML he fells sleepy and doesn't have nightmares. Currently it is on the point where the ML is spoiling Mc (and he loves it). What will be next... Well, as long as I won't drown myself in the plot hole...  

Lucky I just finish this last week ask me later for sure I will have forgot about it.  
SpoilerVery messy. Author introduced too many cliches in the story and it is like it was introduced just for fun. First we start with concern about MC transmigrated to ancient time. Then a few chapters later after an injury big brother suddenly become a reborn person so the plot moved from transmigrated person + farming + wine making + getting over torture + lost memory ML / possible palace politics to add in + reborn elder brother + new transmigrated female who have golden figure who second brother seems to have feeling for but resulted in whole family massacre + MC fall sick after a trauma + remember past ancient life a bit and seems to have a split violent personality + husband is duke and brother in-law the emperor is in love with a system who is send by the zombie world MC father from interstellar future to assist MC and bro but due to black hole came to MC current world + System over power transmigrated female took over her gold finger + jade piece given to MC as wedding gift open xian xia world with a dragon and expanded world who only use is to provide power stones for system so he can create a so call extension of himself and send to zombie world cause Mc keep on thinking about them. Then a foreign duke appear and ML use as reason to destroy enemies and they live happily ever afterOr how MC and ML get together?
MC need to get marry by law and seems to feel ML is ok and ML said he like MC after meeting just 2 times

The story ended up a bit mixed but if do not take it seriously. Lots of plot hole but nice to read

SpoilerMC transmigrated from zombie world to ancient world in the body of a sickly Ger. His family resemblance his zombie world family where he is doted on. Family is actually  courtier but was framed so they are hiding as farmers in the village. MC has a spring water that is in a space and like all can help heal and improve crops. MC used his wine making skills to earn money. Actually MC is not very a Active in the story and is more like the Mary Sue weak beautiful attracting all sorts of people love. Only interesting is due to the torture in zombie world MC has a split personality but this is not well developed

MC eldest brother is a reborn (messy starting) so this is MC second time in this ancient world. ML however was not in the first life so his appearance change a lot of things. And later we get a system that came from the future send by MC father from the zombie world and is supposed to go to zombie world to help the brothers but ended up in ancient time with MC. And convenient system power can suppress the female transmigrator who in the first life resulted in all their deaths.

It ended abrupt like they just decided to kill off all their enemies in a coup and live happily ever after.

I just got to where the elder brother awake, I was....wth a reborn? and a whole big mistery?? with only 70s chapters for these big mess?? lol

So, ML is emperor brother and general too, calls the god of war, amnesia too.
There's twins, another set of twins, a loving family, sick brother, scholar brother, transmigrate/reincarnate male MC that can give birth, mc has spiritual space with miracle spring water, JAM business, what else??
The formula is so similar with Poisonous Peasant ‘Concubine’ tho so far, I like Poisonous more.

Read till the latest chapter. At first, I was tired of this MC, with all his trauma, he is alw remebering his past life and not willing to move on.
But then, he slowly thaws, it helps with his rebirth brother still loves him and his family is rly taking care of him. Also, he meets his pillow and furnace man to help him to sleep at night. lol
The pace of the story is very fast. By fast meaning too much things needs more attention and detail but the author didnt write it instead   just threw it whenever it showed up and reader just needs to go along with it.
Since MC starts to change himself, as reader I also want to support him to not be depressed MC anymore and couldnt wait for next chapter.
