I really want to know, how does she deal with the family? Does she eventually leave? What are their fates (because she's most definitely going to take revenge on them, and I wanna know how).

Actually ML knows how to heal his soul but he did not do that since it cost MC lives. MC would knows the cures as well and mad at ML because she realize how big is ML sacrifice to her.
The way to heal ML soul is to do the deed, that is the reason why ML and MC have not do the deed eventhough they are married (at that time only ML know the reason, while MC is put in blind) it quiet funny how ML escape from MC everynight. 

I am thinking of checking the Raws what chapters do you recommend I skip and what are must read chapter s 

I think it is around chapter 1100++
And don't know the specifics about ML using the forbidden technique as I skip many many chapters or maybe it still not revealed yet. But I think that has connection with ML soul. I remember that MC using some explosion by extinguishing her soul. In the normal route, doing that is a big no no as she will never be reincarnated. And in my theory, maybe the ML is using some part of his souls to subtitute MC extinguished souls. If there is no something to heal ML souls then his souls will never be completed...

Sorry, I already give up reading MTL as I really in need for recovery for reading MTL too much... 

How did he discover that MC didn't die? What happened with MC when ML thought she died? 

Yes! Thank God, I would really feel sorry for that guy if he got his wifey taken away from someone else.
The part where the ML appeared at the MC's place remind me of DKC for some reasons.
