I think selfcest? Theres a scene near the end where mc died and he talk to cqq in the after life. Mc said to cqq that if he can't even love himself then who is going to love him? Definitely selfcest with pity 

Oh my this type of story is a first for me  sounds pretty interesting, are there maybe more spoilers about their surrounding and maybe more of Mc pitying his past self?

Also the two twins from xxxholic have slightly different looks. I forgot if they shared a half soul or the same whole soul.
