I read until ch 29 so far they still didn’t show the male lead, but the girl and the guardian became closer together, I doubt he’s the male lead cause he completely took over the father role at this point. He would read her bed time stories and took care of her while she was sick. Another thing is that the girl’s dad apparently has magical powers I think his power lets him be able to talk to animals(maybe more), they didn’t officially said anything about that but they hinted at it. The girl also started developing magical powers, she can hear the thoughts of animals, she still doesn’t know how to use her powers properly though. Also after her mom found out that her daughter can use magic she started planning a way to bring her back by replacing her with her mean half-sister. This is during the time that Tara had already accepted her life with her guardian and began liking it  last part I reached is a cliffhanger on the abuse Tara went through as a child

Who is her real dad? And does the "royal family" ever get their dues? 

Uh please someone spoil me. Dying to know who her dad is and her abilities 

I really hope the guardian isn't the ML since they have a parent-child relationship. If he is then i'll drop it probably
