Except the one that is ill is Arnoldt's sister who seems to be a different hero member altogether. Frankly, I can't hate current Lucas since Laura's butterfly actions instead made him realize early on that his bestfriend distanced herself after being saved by him and is for some reason still drawing a line

Hi. This is my first time sharing a spoiler. Pls bear with me, everyone. I have only read the novel up until chap 29. Will update once I have read more. I’m not completely accurate with the spoiler as the novel’s translation quality is not that great. I summarized the chapter.
MC goes to the north with Arnold without being informed of why they were immediately sent there. Upon arriving they met a girl named, Vilma Eima, who is a member of the Platonovena branch. They greeted each other and talked for a bit. Vilma asked for a favor from MC about making more recovery pills. After that, they were given a map to where they will be staying. While they were walking around, MC noticed that there were a lot of soldiers stationed around the city. MC and Arnold were talking about the increase in demon raids, so Arnold told her why they were sent there as there are signs pertaining that the city will be attacked by a large group of demons and to prepare for that, they (it wasn’t implied who decided) sent her as backup that’s why they also promoted her as an assistant. The MC thought that Mr. Kasper was the one who decided it, however, Arnold told her that Mr. Kasper didn’t really liked the idea that they were planning to send a 14 year old girl on such a dangerous trip. So Arnold insisted to go with her, it took a while for him to convince them as Arnold is a genius in Alchemy and Magic. Mr. Kasper was glad that Arnold will go with her.
After that they were called by a girl named Emiliana, who has a blonde hair and blue eyes looking like a 16 year old girl. The MC was staring at her as she looks familiar. Then she realized that Emiliana will be the one who will be the wife of the nobleman ruling the region.

Racism against them does not exist but its hard for races w different live spans to coexist tgt and marry each other, therefore theres elf villages all around the world. • now luke and laura are going around the capital visiting different places! • LOL mc always saw three stores bc the game didnt show more stores so she was kinda surprised that theres so many, saying that im a living being in here now :3 • they entered a store and mc bought stuffed animals as a souvenir, she was attracted by it despite being old JFJDJ • once they got out luke told mc to go wait for him a bit, hes going to buy sth from the store, turns out its a matching bracelet for him and mc (´∀｀*) • turns out he bought the bracelet so that laura wont forget him once she comes to the capital and start working as an alchemist • laura questioned in her mind if lucas is having the same feelings as og laura did in the game ㅠㅠ • she comforts him and accepts the bracelet with a smile, she tells him “now lets go back home” and then hold each other’s hands, the hands that has the bracelets on[@Hypothon
Any new spoilers anyone? Just read the recent translation of the novel and after reading both this and the recent spoilers, I kinda get the feeling of being pissed on WHY Laura is STILL an apprentice. If Arnold, the so-called genius spends time and needs her, why can't she also be treated as such? At least a genius in alchemy? (Though, if it follows that scenario, her friendship with Lina and Chelsea might be affected) Any spoilers on Lina and Chelsea? Or more spoilers on OGHeroine?
