So, i just finished arc 5, and MC asked system why it didn't remind him that ori host about to die (like in the original plot, MC normally will die according to the time host died in the original plot) but system said it's special mission and MC has to live until the end of his life (bc old age or sth ? ) since the ori host wish was to protect his tribe plus to never let his tribe found out about him being a male, so MC has to wear female dress even after he finished his mission. So this time can be considered happy end arc, bc ML married MC, and they're so famous bc protecting ppl during war w/ barbarian.
At first ML treat MC as a female, and when ML accidentally saw MC naked in spring lake (it's was foggy), ML said he'll take responsibility bc saw naked MC, he didnt fully see MC, so PFFT, ofc MC rejected ML, told him that Miao women won't marry Han tribe, he didn't tell ML about his gender, bc there was a ban that forbid MC to say "i'm a man". Lmfao, and can i mention that ML was in denial about his feeling after found out MC was a male (he accidentally touch MC's chest) ? ML said to MC that he'll be MC's brother, and MC later tease ML that once ML has a wife and MC has a wife, they can marry their children, which makes ML uncomfortable bc ML still in denial about his feeling LOL
ML in the original plot supposedly collect his harem, but in this arc he ended up getting jealous bc MC checking out one of ML harem "member" (MC just want to see~ ohhh, so this girl also original harem member~ sth like that) ML super jealous bc he didn't want anything catch MC attention. ML only want MC to see himself lol. ML even almost killed one of supposedly his harem member bc she attacked MC, and when MC tried to give him another pill to make ML has a 'dream' which could appease his insanity (ML learned The devil's heart sutra, and this could drive ppl like madman or obsessive about things), ML only managed to dream a bit before soon ML about to do MC, but even under his obsession, ML still remember that they should marry first, and he's like using his blood (ML's hand got hurt bc protect MC from the attack) and color his white clothes w/ it and using it as veil for MC, so it'll like they're on their first night (iirc in arc 2, MC married ML, so MC thought ahh so even he didn't have memory of that time, he still subconsciously has great attachment over marriage). And ML did MC thoroughly lol
