I'm sorry to say but this manhwa is literally trash in my opinion, it's already completed and I have the Korean unofficial webtoon raws of which I'll give the link.
So, the summarised overall spoiler is So, the uke gets to know about the trash seme's real intentions and rejects him but this angers the seme but he still decides to court/try to manipulate the uke which his dumbass falls for, then uke has a change of mind and again rejects him but the seme (I don't remember well) injected somethingto uke which triggers his heat or may be his heat starts by itself but either ways, they then proceed to have sex and seme is in the typical denial shit about his feelings towards uke. Then they proceed to have seggs again and after that uke runs away somewhere because he is pissed off at seme for his intentions towards him, then he finds him self bleeding out and realise he is pregnant while seme is seriously pissed at uke for running away so, he arranges search team for him but uke runs away from the search team and then sees news that seme is engaged to a woman and feels upset then the uke and seme meets again then they make up and have a child together. That sits, yeah that's the end and it has side stories. The seme locks up uke in his house before they have their first time with each other and the uke lives in some dude's house when he was in some forest and in that house he sees the news of seme and a woman being engaged.
