Berserk Chapter 65 Discussion

Griffith sees some slug apparition things. Thats not good!



The rescue mission proceeds, Good Luck Guts and crew.

I started reading Berserk with zero expectations.



Well, I guess I expected a gritty, dark-fantasy setting and ultra violence.



I definitely did not expect the fantastic character development, engaging political intrigue, or well written romance, among many other things.  Even the occasional specs of humor are great. Every 3 volumes I order are quickly followed by 3 more.



However, the way these past few chapters have been going, and especially with Griffith's behavior this chapter, I'm actually apprehensive about continuing on.



I think I'm going to stop reading right now, and make a few assumptions:



They succeed in rescuing Griffith. Griffith and Guts reconcile. Guts and Casca get married and have lots of little swordsmen-babies. The End.



Yeah. I like that.

Great chapter, Guts and Casca's romance is so well written. Judeau and Pippin's reaction to their arguement was amusing.

I don't get why Casca said 'Lucky.." after she ride the horse?

Look at them acting all lovey dovey xD

Griffith looks awful.

I quite liked this chapter. First the Griffith part... And then the Wyndham infiltration team. Some funny parts, and some more serious, but I loved it.
