Really, it's just bodily fluid flying everywhere and Casca moaning for dozens of panels in a row. Why isn't she resisting more? She's probably in shock and exhausted, but the idol she's always looked up to has just been reborn as a literal demon king, and her primary love interest Guts is mutilated and watching. She could've struggled a bit more or expressed some slight dissatisfaction.
At this point, I've grown numb. I have the exact opposite reaction as all these people saying "WTF" and "I'm crying." Nothing means anything anymore in this manga.
And "if you don't like it, don't read it" is not a valid excuse, either. M'kay, I do like the manga, as do tons of other people. But they're allowed to express dissatisfaction when a talented manga author makes the wrong choice, or when tropes start to become redundant. I'm not discontent with the edginess or vulgarity -- I just think the entertainment value is starting to decline. What was an intricate political epic has been reduced to forty chapters of grotesque monster faces and Casca's breasts.
