This whole thing about the "new book of prophecy" feels confusing and a little convenient. Like who tf wrote it, was it kenji Or friend? When was it written? What was reason behind writing this , is it about saving the world again or something else? Who gave mon-chan that copy of the book, and why they only send few pages? Does everyone related to "friend" knows about the "book of prophecy", did they knew about it from the beginning? So many questions.

What? Police guy dies either on purpose or not. Still, he could have killed the police retard or Kanna, both of which he didn't do. Killing the police retard was fine (and he was supposed to do it!) regardless of his intentions. #13 tells his enemies about some extra stuff, including his interpretation (maybe he has a reason for that...but probably not). Otcho doesn't shoot him, despite having the opportunity to do so. #13 couldn't have properly aimed on that rope ladder, so it would have been easy. It's also more about the "New Book of Prophecy" which got thrown into the story very recently (and is highly likely not by Kenji) and was already repeated 500 times. Using a new element like that is not good. As far as I'm concerned, ever since the introduction of the retard police guy, the manga has been pretty weak.





Completely Agree. How is this thing a masterpiece. The plot armor BS is so dumb. No.13 should have killed Otcho right there.....why did he let him go like that? Kanna's plot armor is probably due to her being friend's daughter. But still even the whole thing about the mafias joining in due to Kanna's gambling is so dumb. It was impressive but no one would stake allegiance just because someone is an awesome gambler. This is getting so shounen......is this shounen?

Stakes just seem to be getting greater and greater. So mole cop dying was part of Friend's plan? Or the prophecy I guess.
