Bleach Chapter 684 Discussion

This last 4 years quincy arc isn't the best,but personally I was enjoying this arc

But the last 3 chapters,and this bad and rushed ending are terrible,I'm 99% sure this is not the ending kubo wanted.

I have never ever seen such absolute awful writing in my entire life. This is low even for Kubo's standards.



Bleach may fundamentally have pretty shit writing, but this chapter just took it to a new level. I don't know how the fuck Kubo still has his job when even middle school literature geeks can write better than this.

My only gripe about this Kubo & Shonen Jump drama (in my humble opinion both are at fault) is that Bleach didn’t deserve this rushed ending… the final boss fight ended so swift in contrast to all those side characters’ fights (I really like all of the fights but seen how things ended/is going to end; I would have preferred to see less of those fights and more of this final fight) that took over a year.



I find it cool, that it started with Zangetsu and ends with Zangetsu... Just the good old big ass sword. Trusty ol' Zangetsu did the job!



If Bleach is ending in the next chapter I wouldn't mind if they pulled an FMA and did 100 pages.

Did they just kill off Aizen? WTF!



Why did Juha not be able to see that arrow coming? WTF!



What a complete pile of BS.



No idea how they will finish this in just one chapter.

Kubo two years ago: "Guys guys, I have to tell you a secret... Actually, Ichigo's sword... isn't his real sword! Yeah, you see, Zangetsu is just a fake sword created by the Quincy's boss who looks just like old man Zangetsu! Why this new villain looks just like a character invented 10 years ago? Because... uhhh... well, I planned it all from the beginning, yeah!"



Kubo now:"Guys guys, I have to tell you a secret... Actually, Ichigo's sword... isn't his real sword! Yeah, turns out he had the old version of Zangetsu inside his new shitty sword that breaks too many times all along, and that's the real form of his zanpakuto, yes.



Huh, I'm just retconning shit because I don't know how to end this manga properly? Ha ha ha, how could you possibly think something like that..." *sweats profusely*

They still most likely will animate all this. And people will be hyped for it....

A final rush, a bit anticlymatic but not a boring chapter. I like that the 'final' Zangetsu is the first Zangetsu.
