Btw I love how Kubo is revealing everybody's Bankai's before Aizen's, cause you know, Aizen is Aizen.

Basically, I'm from Malaysia so I know what Uruhara's Bankai would actually do. Absorb the damage and release it back to the enemy I guess. You can say the user must be able to handle very destructive power in order to activate it. Still roughly what I figured out though.
