I was so hyped when I saw the "god of thunder" title :'(

but it was yoruichi instead of gerard :'( kubo :'(



We're still missing the soul king's legs and maybe other parts.

This might actually make Ichigo stronger :O him getting used to this level of dense reishi while having lower resistance.



Askin is cool, but yoruichi has her brother's equipment so she should pull through.

On another note... standard chapter. This arc is setup in such a way that the only thing that matters is Ywach on his throne. Everything else seems so unimportant by comparison and boring by execution

so Gerard is another part of the Soul King specifically the Heart of the Soul King



and i hope we will see the bankai and zanpaktou of Youruichi this time around
