Guys, even though I'm pretty sure he'll use her brain to bring her back, the purpose of him grabbing it was to make sure Nemu's over-regenerating  cells caused Pernida to self destruct.

Some really nice moments



-mauyri sprayed some really potent drugs earlier

-that comes back to the szayel thing, he is hallucinating and szayel's aspect is MADNESS, really nice touch

-mayuri has changed since Ichigo came which has beeen emphasized recently and it also harkens to the szayel fight in HM about perfection and all that, mayuri got conceited

-pernida has gotten more of mayuri's bankai's traits of wanting to eat his enemy

-pernida who regenerates got beaten by regeneration XD

Seeing Szayell Aporro was odd. Poor Nemu. It'd be nice if Mayuri could somehow make the next one with the same brain but...well at least her actions led to victory over Pernida. Very satisfying conclusion.

Pretty disappointing chapter, if that's the end of the fight, what a let down....

Nemu died but I'm sure Mayuri will find a way to bring her back if all he needs is her brain. Szayelaporro Granz appearing as Mayuri's hallucination was a very nice surprise though, definitely didn't see that coming.
