That was excellent. Szayel appearing out of nowhere like that almost jump-scared me, but I like how Mayuri did not end up raging (or at least it was contained). This is more in-character with him; Szayel, who was a figment of his imagination manifested through self-doubt, managed to tell him to get back into the game.
My question is, why do the majority of you think this will be the last chapter in this fight? Seriously, lol.
