This and the fact that there isn't a lot of content per chapter are like two of the most common complaints that many people have with Bleach. While I agree that Kubo has the job to keep his readers entertained thorough the weeks, I also think that it's pretty much wrong to judge the work simply for this issue.
Kubo's style make Bleach a much better read in volume format rather than chapter format and even then, reading Bleach in one go is a completely different experience than reading it week by week.
Also 99% of the other complaints I read over the years are pretty much associated to false assumption from the reader, mistranslation of superfluous elements and similar cases.
I do not remember anything that really contradict whatever Kubo established himself.
There's a lot of problem with Bleach in pretty much every aspect and I'm always amazed at how people choose to nitpick at the wrong ones.
