She had not a single fight untill now, her character for 640 chapters consisted of a stoic stand on the sidelines hot chick.

"Everything " she ever did to progress the plot was to beg Uryu once not to go after Mayuri and give him the anitdote die and get revived immediately again.



That´s all Nemu did in 640 chapters with her screentime.

Kensei, Toshiro, Rangiku and that other guy whose name i forgott are confirmed dead. None of them got a touching backstory.

Which Kubo will revert most likely because the war had too many casualities till now especially fanfavorites.

actually we don't know if Kensei, and Toshiro are dead or not.

Mayuri may have found a way to bring them back.

Kira though im assuming is dead. it happened during the first invasion, and we haven't seen him once since then. also nemu did get a back story but it was pretty short. not even a full chapter. However i agree that there are other characters that are much more deserving of a back story. I would like to get a back story on jizzelle. better yet how about a back story on Aizen.

It was never stated that Nemu would die after 400 seconds, only that she could operate with this output without danger for that amount of time.

What's more dangerous isn't that 400 seconds but rather the fact that she's starting to use her own soul to attack. I doubt that simply cutting 6% of her soul will kill Pernida so she might use a more drastic amount afterward, likely doing a kamikaze.



That is if she's not stopped by Mayuri before she reach that point. The way her backstory is written suggest that Nemu is Mayuri's reason to live. It wouldn't be weird if he values her life more than his own.
