Despite the fact that I aggree with your opinion and general assesment of bleach the following arguements that you specifically provided are objectively wrong.

Point A-After the Ichigo vs Kenpachi fight Yoruichi found Ichigo's mask and said that that thing protected him from Kenpachi's final attack. Then Ichigo stated that it also helped him in the fight against Renji but [that dude from the 4th squad] threw it away. Point B-It was the same mask that manifested on his face during the sessions with Urahara. Point C- During his debut Whitey-Hollow Ichigo-Zangetsu faced Ywach-Getsu and said "take care of him, soon his powers will be mine". The dots were all connected in the fight against Byakuya when Ichigo lost his sanity and the mask was matched to the personality of Whitey. Therefore there was sufficient foreshadowing.

Person A is about to murder Person B. Person B grabs a something to defend him/herself. You show up and disarm him/her from that something and walk away. You are now an accomplice in murder. Ywach never stated that he pulled the trigger against Masaki. He stripped her of her powers and , just like in the above example, is now an accomplice. Grand Fischer was the murderer, that much hasn't changed.

Considering how everyone said Ywach=Zangetsu since his debut, I'd say that Ichigo being quincy was also foreshadowed. It still is irritating in the sense that Ichigo is pretty much everything and therefore adhereing to the stereotype that the shonen protagonist is the chosen one, but still not an asspull.
