If you go back to their fights back in the Fake Karakura town arc, you'll realize that the places they have stitches on now doesn't correspond with the areas of their body they were injured in. Thus the supposition that Mayuri has done much more with them.

actully there was forshdowing for zombie hitsugaya In chapter 554, right after Cang Du is frozen, Hitsugaya collapsed and a shadow appeared next to him. So it possible that the shadow was Giselle.

I see where this is going. Isshin was the previous captain of the 10th Division. Now that Hitsugaya is dead, maybe after all this is over Ichigo will become the new captain of the 10th Division taking after his father. It was also said that he may not be able to go back to the human world because of his power.
