Shitty chapter as always, except the last page. Man, Kubo really needs to pick the pacing up or the ratings will further go down. The girls arguing for some pages was a waste of panels. Kubo could well show the Sternritter's attacks with Ichigo defending in one single page, using a double spread or something.
One Piece along with the fights, has so much text and plot in one chapter. Naruto is pretty decent in terms of plot too. Bleach has been sucking so bad this arc. The start looked promising.

Why does most of the fandom still read bleach anyway if everyone is just f*cking complaining about every single chapter!?
It is kubo we are talking about, he always advanced his story through pictures and not dialogues, and this is ichigos first fight in which he doesn't even need to use half of his power and people are ALLREADY complaining that he has no "new" attacks, seriously?!
The Bleach fanbase is just stupid and impatiant.Because it was ridiculous?
If you compare old chapters like SS arc or arrancar, you will easily noticed Kubo's style is worsened each time. Too monotone, previous chapter the enemy did 1 slash, in this chapter Ichigo did 1 slash, next chapter enemy will do 1 big slash, next chapter after that ichigo will do his own 1 big slash, next chapter after that enemy will do 1 huge slash, next chapter after that ichigo's flashback, next chapter after that finishing move.
If the enemy is so weak that Ichigo even didn't need half of his strength, just finish those fodders quickly. not uselessly drag this.
Basically i just read bleach for the sake waiting how the story end.
IMO it speaks more for the fact that Ichigo is a decent guy who doesn't feel right fighting girls, regardless of how strong said girl might be. He is still young and has morals. Hopefully he can keep his ideals a while longer. He is supposed to be the Hero here.
He isn't even trying. If he were trying, they would be dead by now.
That's it. Kubo makes it that way... Like Ichigo didn't even trying, use that excuse to drag the battle.
Honestly i don't really care whether Ichigo moralist or not in this fight. So what, if he really don't want to fight those girls, what gonna happen??? knock them out and it will be fine. The needs of Kubo to show an exchanging blow is getting lame overtime. The pace is terrible, those fodders even not affect to the real plot as Juha Bach or Kyouraku's Enemy still nowhere to be seen. They are just "welcoming party" enemy for Ichigo's show.
A manga is not only about the story but also about how its portrayed. You are following "BLEACH" which is known for its cinematic approach to battles and for its emphasis on style. You really shouldn't be complaining about pacing when it's a known fact about Bleach ever since it reached year 3 (2004).
Yeah, It's also knowing fact that Kubo's Style worsened overtime. I already said the solely reason i still read this is to see how it's gonna end. As i already read it since i small. The fact that Kubo unable to makes me have another reason to read it is what i see he was failed.
He mostly only have "old" fans and unable to gather the new one.
Along it's sold well, who need new fan anyway. I just happen to be a new fan who seem don't care about the state of the manga right now and just watching it's for entertainment.

Years pass and people still complain about "pacing" failing to comprehend that Kubo draws his manga less like a manga and more like episode storyboard sequenced scene by scene - usual manga panels skip around, but Kubo portrays every single scene change. With more movement detail - what usual mangaka might portay in couple of panels with movement lines, Kubo draws sequence by sequence. resulting in far more visually pleasing and stylish battle panels.If only that were true. I'm not a Bleach hater, because I actually really like the series... but you must not be reading the same Bleach I am, as the battles scenes are nothing if not lacking in detail. Each move is nothing but a few lines... at this point in the series, all attacks in Bleach are as simple as drawing an oval in paint, and then using the paint bucket tool to fill the rest with black.
Read any other shounen series and observe the art or the pacing and you will see that you're wrong. Many panels are a lot of people just standing there casually. And it's not uncommon to find blank panels in Bleach (I've never read any other manga with a blank panel). Bleach is a great series, but to deny major flaws like this just makes you look like a fanboy... for most people, it's painstakingly obvious that the quality in Bleach has slowly dropped throughout the series, for others I guess it just takes a little longer for them to actually realize.
P.S: I actually agree with the rest of what you said, though, it's just kind of a pet peeve of mine when people try to describe Bleach as anything close to "detailed".
