That felt incredibly short...



This kid is quite arrogant. Gonna enjoy the look on his face when Kenpachi wrecks him up later.

He came back with winning that lady he was fighting against last time (I almost forgot what he last did).  The imagine realist claiming himself the strongest, but that guy is even stronger.

- Kenpachi and Isane's brief moment about Unohana

- Kenpachi slicing through "harder than steel"

- Kenpachi "re-introducing himself"



Kenpachi will simply slaughter this imagination kid.  I can't wait to see it.  Though, I don't get why everyone is saying Bankai?  He just learned the name of his Zanpakuto, so it's Shikai at most.  Bankai shouldn't be that easily obtained.

Lmao. The basic take away from this chapter is, "I'm Kenpachi Bitch, and I can cut through anything!". Looks like he's wearing that eye patch again too, so let's see if that'll play a role in this coming fight as it has in his previous fights. Also looking forward to the possible reveal of  one of his sword releases if he's obtained any, and if the fight gets serious enough that he feels he needs to use one. All of that aside, This chapter did feel incredibly short, but then again, whats new?

Compared to Naruto and Ohe Piece Bleach chapters really don't contain much material at all do they?



Too few panels per chapter and they don't really cover much ground at all. That felt like a third of chapters worth.



Seriously the entire story of Bleach could have been told in half the amount of chapters just by having more panels and dialogue per chapter.But then it wouldn't be Bleach. Not every single manga has to be the same.





It would still be Bleach. They could have told the exact same story without missing out anything in half the amount of chapters under a more efficient mangaka.No it wouldn't. What you are asking is for the paneling to change. The paneling is one of the most important parts of Bleach.



The reason why the chapter was short is because Bleach has alot of 1-3 panel pages.



That's the point, because the chapters have so many large panels and thus so few many panels per chapter it means not much is happening per chapter.



It means that the series is more chapters than it could have been if it were done by someone else.



I don't read Bleach just because it has large panels, I read it for the story and it's incredibly slow paced.

Why can't this manga just be about KENPACHI?
