Well, I kinda got it from the flow of the chapter, but what the hell am I looking at in that last panel? I really can't get my head around it, it looks like hair in some way, but besides that I cannot discern it at all. Is that weird circle an eye? But then where's the rest of her head?

Isshin giving his reports to the court guard squads was kinda funny and yep something's  not right with Masaki. Kisuke sensed something back there.

I checked Mangastream version. Not much clearer but would be right of me to think that Masaki friends didn't notice Urahara? Looks like Urahara was there as a spirit and not in gigai (or maybe he is wearing his ninja cape). She bumped into him - that's the last creepy panel with her face cut.

Ah, so that's why the thing is fully white. Now that you say it I can kinda make it out, but still only vaguely. Remains a very unclear panel in my opinion xD But thanks!
