I would not put it past Kubo from going on and saying that Zaraki Kenpachi is Unohana's sword and killing intent she has abandoned or something like that(which strangely would explain why he appeared in Ichigo's  inner world).

Nope. Only Zaraki did, representing Ichigo's killing intent. And that happened a total of one time.



You could be right since he said he never knew his sword name. Who knows we will find out soon i hope. Hopefully we learn about Ichigo's birth soon. So many unanswered questions.

I think the reason one of them has to die is this: She's going to spar with him to make him a better swordsman, or whatever she does. Point is, they will get to the point where he will catch up and probably overtake her. And now obviously knowing who Unohana is (the worst and strongest criminal ever), neither will be happy with just an acknowledging nod. They will prove their strength by killing the other.



Just for fun, imagine kenpachi powered up to her level, then both of them being unleashed. FUCK. YEAH.



Just wonder how long we have to wait to find out Grimjows saved the others in Hueco Mundo.

Whats the point of having a battle to the death?



She's supposed to be teaching zaraki how to do something other than wildly swinging his sword around like a mad man, but it looks like that's all there going to be doing. And when zaraki wins this fight(becuase otherwise this training scene would be pointless) he's just going to be doing his same old routine except in bankai form and we'll possibly have a dead unohana on ours hands which seems extremely counter productive for SS.

Holy Shit.Unohana is sick and badass.I don't really know who i want to win right now...it sucks that one of them has to die :/.

Not only that, was Unohana the one who Zaraki defeated in order to become the Captain and named Kenpachi? But it was said he was killed, in front of every member of the 11th Division.Unohana is the 1st Kenpachi, Zaraki is the 10th or 11th, Zaraki defeated the previous Kenpachi, the 9th or 10th.
