It's cool to see Kon again, maybe he will be useful but his comeback seemed misplaced.





Lol none of them is stronger than CC. CC states that no1 is stronger than he is in the last 2000 years.



Considering humanity has been around for much longer than that there would have to have been Shinigami born prior to CC. It's only been established that no one who has been born since CC is as powerful as him. Anyone born prior could very well be more powerful.
