Though i still wonder why Juhabach didn't even try to steal his bankai yet. "He can't steal it because of power" is a different thing but not even trying. Quincies stole other bankai's the moment user revealed it. It's not like Yamamoto didn't gave him a second to breath and he's on completely defense. Neither there is a rule like he have to touch shinigami in order to stole bankai..

Yeah, I thought that at that one moment when he reaches with his hand, he finally decides to do it, but no, some other technique.

Look at Kenpachi's sword, 1st level. ps. There was some sentence about zanpakutos & shinigamis, Ichigo's father have said this to some arrancar, grand-fisher maybe.Read what I wrote again, how could all of the Quincy have the same type of sword?
Eh.. what? What is wrong with my answer? Zanpakuto looks like normal sword but can differ, like in above examples.

Easy - BAch have given them the same swords.Only few have Shikai as their sword's permanent form (till now we know only Ichigo and Kenpachi, there are others too), almost everyone else have the same form of a Zanpakuto, even the Arrancar. The form of Bach's sword is different, if we assume his Sword is a Zanpakuto in Shikai form then that'd be unique for him, why would the other Quincy have the same Zanpakuto? My point is that these look like just normal swords, not Shinigami's swords/Zanpakuto, that's what I'm pointing out here.^ That and the fact that he pulled the sword out of his Quincy medallion so its clearly a quincy weapon like Kirge Opie's sword.
