Ichigo's father trained him with those extreme ambushes and by signing him up for a dojo... and without his teachings, Ichigo wouldn't have discovered the Final Getsuga Tensho. Without Rukia's, Urahara's and Yoruichi's guidance he wouldn't even have known how to fight like a shingami.



Ishida was probably the same, he inherited a strong spirit from his parents adapted for the absorbing of spiritual energy in his surroundings and then he got trained by his grandfather since childhood.



In both cases I do think that both Bloodline and Training plays a part.

FInally Urahara will get to fight seriously. I also want to see the old captain of the kido corps. He would be so fucking badass in this battle.

I really don't know how ichigo can save SS by his own, but okay...

I like to think that Ichigo's mom is just a normal human Isshin falled in love with. Ichigo's birth wasn't a normal one, he probably was the result of experiment and such. Isshin couldn't stand it, took Ichigo and left for the real world where he met Ichigo's 'mom', they fell in love and he had 2 babies with her.

Something like that.

This.Ichigo is an offspring of Shinigami AND - who? (i don't think hollow, it would be too stupid and simple) -.- there is no time for experiments, he was somehow special from the very second of his birth.

There are only 2 choices...or they did experiments on Ichigo's mother (why would they, if she is only a normal human?), and because of that Ichigo is special, or his mother was someone special to begin with, for example Quincy or some relative to Royal people.

Oh man, I do hope Ichigo gets stuck for a while and we get more focus on the supporting characters.



Bleach is more fun that way!
