FGT is already said to be a shortcut to the full potential of shinigami sword. Its one time deal where you unlock the best stuff without working for it and then lose it all. Its the shortcut to the "ultimate form of shinigami" ad there are clear paralels to Ishida using his in that both of them seem and look unfinished.

Quincy had been training few hundreds years(200?) so they managed to use they'r "final form".

Ichigo's FGT was shortcut, so "he" will develop some method like "new quincy". He will be probably "the first" that sustain this form in "reasonable" time. BUT it has been something that only Ichigo & his father(afair) have used. Is it most likely  that only Kurosakis family can use "final form" at the moment from shinigamis(Except Aizen)?
