Tsukishima didn't realize how clever Ginjo was? That's kinda weird, unless Ginjo deliberately acted stupid and innocent like Aizen did in the first few arcs..
And I have to say it, I don't think that Ichigo cares as much about his "righteous hero role" as much as he cares about the friendship bonds he had with people (though losing that role might also be a small factor)... I think he's mostly afraid that he'll be forced to leave his family and friends unless he can stop Tsukishima somehow. That would be kinda frustrating seeing as he went through all the trouble to get his powers back just so he could protect those people, he went through all those risks to strengthen those bonds again... but now those bonds are cut and everybody are turned against him instead. He's almost doing the opposite of protecting them..
We are not even sure ourselves on just what Ginjou wants. So its not surprising that Tsukishima got the wrong impression on him too.
Actually the bonds remain - everyone still cares, does NOT want to kill him and tries to reason with him. Its the fact that everyone things of him as villain that gets him - notice how he gets horribly batshit angry everytime that is brought up and this time he went berserk upon finding out how Tsukishima did all those things Ichigo did in his life?
He cares about his friends a lot but what is also important is that display of power, of superiority of strength of BEING protector that Tsukishima took away. Ichigo is just a scared child who could not protect his mother right now and everyone is schooling him on how wrong he is. Thats what gets to him the most.
