ALSO: This is so stupid. Ichigo could easily reason with his friends. Explain to them what is happening, ask to trust him because they all know Ichigo wouldn't act like this if he had no reason to. And to prove it all ask his friends to come talk to Urahara or somebody who was involved in the Rukia rescue and stuff because I doubt Tsukihima did anything to those guys.
Scenario:
Imagine The pre-ss arc bleach.
And suddenly Ichigo starts chasing Karin and yuzu with a kitchen knife trying to kill her and trying to convince everyone around him they are evil superpowered monsters. How much success do you think he would have ?
Saying "hey _____ will prove me right!" does nothing in the imminent situation of them trying to apprehend him. It would still lead to Tsukishima stabbing him.

Also when I think about it...
Ichigo now is in Aizen's shoes.
he is COMPLETELY alone with only one ally, huge power and truths he has no way of proving to everyone around him. Not to mention doing something that from everyone's POV looks completely villainous and baad.
Ichigo not in aizen shoes.Ichigo trying to get back his friends. Aizen tried to kill his friends. (hinamori, harrlibel, stark etc). Aizen wanted to be alone.
Oh but from EVERYONE's pov Ichigo is acting erratically, trying to kill his own cousin and being completely crazy.
And those were never Aizen's "friends". Aizen did not have anyone he could call that due to his overall intellectual superiority(imagine trying to make a conversation with a fly or making friends with a stone). THe only person he saw as equal was Urahara.
And he did not originally WANT to be alone. He just gave up along the way, loosing the sight of his original goals and wishes, loosing his way.
YOu know how you walk the path in the forest towards the city lights, but become so focused in those lights that you walk away from the path you are walking towards them?
