Oh please...
Its quite obvious that
GINJOU IS MANIPULATING ICHIGO TOWARDS DOING THAT
I just love how readers alongside Ichigo are playing into his hand.
AS i wrote in the previous chapter thread, it all fits - The convenient "timing" of Ichigo encountering Tsukishima(first time the ichigo rejects ginjou, tsukishima attacks Ishida sending Ichigo running to ginjou, now Ichigo gets back in time for Tsukishima to be there, then ginjou conveniently finds him).
Its all about manipulation. GInjou got Ichigo into state where he seemingly can't trust anyone. He has been leading Ichigo towards the abyss that is Ginjou's ulterior motive. Now all Ginjou has to day is say Jump.
Actually if Tsukishima is the good guy and Ginjou is the bad guy, then it makes no sense what Tsukishima did to Ishida.
Because like you said that what drove Ichigo to Ginjou and since Ginjou is manipulating Ichigo into killing Tsukishima then that means they are not working together.
That’s why I believe that Tsukishima isn’t the one who injured Ishida.
Let's trace back what happened in chapter 429.
Ishida noticed Tsukishima on a roof of a building, Tsukishima run away "fast" and Ishida goes after him then Ishida gets distracted by the bringer light thing, and then we see Tsukishima get close to Ishida implying that he's going to attack him but we don’t actually see him attacking Ishida, and in the next panel we see Ishida turn his head to look at Tsukishima beside him, but what if Ishida was actually looking behind him.
What if Ishida was so focused on Tsukishima in front of him that he didn’t notice Ginjou behind him? And Tsukishima was trying to stop Ginjou.
