Happy and disappointed at the same time. Glad that Negi's up (I disagree with keeping Negi out of action for more, since it has already been dragged out for the last 2 months or so) and I doubt that Negi will solo everyone by himself... Why are the Mahora teachers + Ala Rubra ready for battle at the opposite end of the earth<->magic world gateway? I still hope that the battle will somehow change location now that the hero's up and ready for action.

He said they was his prey's ally and thus his own prey.

I don't think Fate will fight according to Dynamis's plan anymore. Things are too much out of control that he will probably end up saving the girl and go back to Negi with them where he will ask for his duel.

RAWR~ Finally!... been waiting for this to happen... Can't wait to see the upcoming battle. It looks like they might finish up this arc soon. I wanna see him pactio more of his students tho... hahaha!

While the Negi comeback was pretty much expected and anti-climatic as most people predicted (how he recovered so easily from near destruction of his very soul is beyond me), I found myself thrilled about Tertium still being around. Even better is that he seems that he intends to fight ANYONE who threatens Negi and his comrades because he says that they are HIS prey. It will be interesting to say at the least how the battle will go between the Fate Averruncus characters.



About the grave master, is she like Asuna-san's mother/sibling/etc.? It seems like it because she has some relation to Negi as she calls him her decedent, meaning from the same royal family in which Asuna-san comes from. Arika I guess is related to the Ostian royal family and since she is the mother of Negi, he is the most recent addition to the royal family. This is all just speculation based on what I know, so it may or may not be true.



I really do hate waiting so long for the next chapters to come out. It seems like forever. I hope that by the end of this year we would have mostly concluded the final battle already, we need to return to Japan soon.

I see, your argument is plausible, so that mean we've yet to find out whether or not Negi is still human, however, that gathering in his soul, the shadows if you will, I would've liked if there was some other explanation as to Nagi, Rakan, Eva and (insert name here) showed up and talked him out of darkness. Personally I would like to say that it was the last line of defense that Eva clone implanted in Negi in the case he fell too deep.

I doubt Negi will come out of the fight with Fate as a human. He may have 'recovered', but the way Eva said that the "Grey path" is the correct path, he might have become something like half demon, or... something.



I'm also starting to doubt this is the final arc.
